Images that are uploaded may not contain anything deemed illegal under UK and International law.

JPG Serve will in no way be liable for under any circumstances any financial loss incurred by using the services provided on the site.

We reserve the right to remove without notice any files that we think may violate copyrights and may be offensive to others. We do however have 1000's of images uploaded everyday and to check them all as and when they are uploaded is impossible. If you feel an image you have seen violates any copyrights or laws please email us with as much information as you can provide so we can investigate.

For every image that is uploaded we record the IP Address, Date, Time and for registered users the email address. This under no circumstances will be given to a third party unless required for tracking users who have uploaded illegal content.

Any files uploaded that we feel contain Child Pornography or Abuse to children will be deleted immediately and details pass on to the Police

Images we find are using an unacceptable amount of bandwidth may be bandwidth throttled. We decide what is an unacceptable amount is and our decision will be final with no exceptions.
